Dear God, I know I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. Please forgive me and come into my heart and save me. Thank you for the forgiveness of my sin and my salvation. Amen.

Simply believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Call upon him and you will be saved.
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10)
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:13)

To repent is to change your mind and attitude toward God and agree with Him all that He has said about you as a sinner.
"And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:" (Acts 17:30)

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)

Not only physical death, but separation from God in Hell. As a sinner you are condemned to this death.
"For the wages of sin is death;...." (Romans 6:23)
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" (Hebrews 9:27)

"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23)
"As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:"(Romans 3:10)

The Scriptures tells us so in 1 John 5:13 .
"These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God."

Jesus tells us that there are only two places where man must spend eternity.
"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."(Matthew 7:13-14)

Do you know where you will spend eternity when you die?

You can be sure which of these ways you are traveling now in life.

First you must realize that you are a sinner in need of salvation.

The wages of sin is death.

But God so loved you that He gave His only begotten Son to die in your place for sin.

God has commanded that we repent.

What then must you do to be saved?

Just pray this prayer and sincerely believe it in your heart.
